Job Summary
Receive, manage, and process service requests from the customer service center, ensuring appropriate operations are performed based on status or instructions before closing the ticket upon client confirmation. Create service requests in the tracking system, verifying correct categorization and description, while determining priority levels and routing inquiries to the appropriate team using available tools. Install and configure internal software applications, desktop and portable workstations, and other hardware according to established standards. Document all interventions and applied solutions within the tracking system, and collaborate on ITIL process development and support projects.
Required Qualifications
- Posséder un diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle (BAC) dans une discipline pertinente reconnue par l'Éducation ou l'équivalent.
- Posséder huit (8) années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information.
- Posséder cinq (5) années d'expérience pertinente en soutien technologique ou pilotage de système, cumulées au cours des 10 dernières années.
