Requires an engineering or master's degree in industrial engineering, quality, project management, or supply chain with 1 to 2 years of experience. Proficiency in French and English, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage difficult interlocutors are essential. Proactive, analytical, and synthesis-oriented. Excel mastery is a plus for generating KPIs.
