Job Summary
Administer pilot training records and examination certificates to ensure compliance with CAA regulations, while monitoring training administrators and maintaining accurate data spreadsheets. Diarise and schedule pilot training checks, simulator time, and recurrent training programs, then book crew accommodation and travel. Plan and organize pilot training duties on roster, manage instructor databases and courseware supply, and submit course manuals and exam evidence to the UK CAA. Execute monthly compliance workflows and maintain student files and third-party approval evidence. Work Monday to Thursday with optional Friday remote work from Hampton Wick.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to A-Level standard or similar
- Strong understanding of flight crew training processes, recurrent training cycles, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of training record systems, document control procedures, and compliance workflows
- Understanding of licence management, instructor qualifications, and training validity requirements
- Proven experience of managing detailed information accurately
- Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver on time
- Excellent all-round web-based PC skills
- Advanced in Excel
- Advanced in Microsoft Word
