Pilot Plant Operator

Lead a Client Technician in pilot plant campaigns while collaborating with plant technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment challenges. Operate equipment proficiently, manage batch record entries and calculations, and communicate batch status to chemists and analytical teams. Attend 9 AM and 2:00 PM group meetings, participate in PSOR meetings, and provide input on operations. Complete all required training before due dates and adhere strictly to safety procedures, including proper PPE usage. Report all incidents such as spills or exposures to management immediately. This role supports Sigma Systems' manufacturing operations in Ridgefield, CT, requiring experience with GMP procedures and troubleshooting skills.
