Job Summary
Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients receiving core, specialty, or enrichment courses. Develop training materials to meet client needs and evaluate trainee progress to recommend qualification or additional instruction. Complete accurate training records and identify client issues to seek assistance prior to execution while maintaining instructor qualifications under regulatory requirements. This role supports FlightSafety International's mission to enhance aviation safety worldwide through advanced simulator training and ground instruction for commercial, government, and military organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Hold or have held FAA / EASA ATPL licences
- Have at least 1,500 hours as a pilot of multi-pilot aircraft
- For single pilot types, at least 1,500 hours in multi-pilot operations and have completed at least 500 hours of flight time as PIC on single pilot aircraft
- Excellent fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications, i.e. the ability to speak, understand, read and write
- Excellent listening skills
