Job Summary
Operate ACI Jet Global 8000 aircraft as a Part 91 PIC while maintaining compliance with company policies, manufacturer limitations, and governmental regulations. Coordinate with flight dispatch to achieve assigned flight objectives and provide professional customer service to clients and owners. Conduct thorough preflight inspections covering aircraft, publications, equipment, fuel, weather, and airport suitability before takeoff. Report mechanical irregularities to maintenance and deviations to the Chief Pilot as dispatched. Review flight releases from dispatch to determine safe initiation, conduct, or termination of flights. Maintain productive relationships with dispatch, maintenance, and line service personnel. Requires minimum 5,000 total flight hours, ATP certificate, and First Class Medical. Salary ranges from $300k to $450k/year; full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and paid time off. Global 7500/8000 type rating and international experience are highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5,000 hours total time
- Minimum 2,500 hours multi-engine
- Prior ultra-long range aircraft experience
- Significant international experience
- Current and valid ATP Certificate with an English proficient endorsement
- First Class Medical
- Valid driver's license
- US passport
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 3-5 years of professional aviation experience
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexible availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a professional yet approachable demeanor
- Computer proficient
- Knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
- Able to lift 50 pounds, climb, kneel, squat, sit and stand for extended periods
- No violation of FAA regulations within the last five (5) years
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

- Prior Bombardier aircraft operating experience
