Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including product delivery, stocking, and replenishment. Process cash transactions and manage merchandise flow and monetary flux. Organize the point of sale by leading the team and implementing commercial animations such as product tastings. Apply HEMA processes and enforce compliance while proposing daily improvements to develop store commercial indicators. Prioritize customer service as the number one priority. Participate in store management and merchandising according to HEMA guidelines.
