Job Summary
Studio Manager responsible for driving revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training; lead sales teams, coach sales representatives, hire/manage instructors, manage scheduling and payroll inputs, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will execute local marketing campaigns, develop a positive studio culture, uphold brand standards, and leverage data (KPIs, attendance, revenue) to optimize performance across multiple revenue streams in a Pilates boutique studio.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales leadership, fitness management, or relevant business experience
- Confident closer who can sell personally and coach others to sell
- Strong communicator with ability to manage multiple revenue streams and priorities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with studio software and reporting tools
- Professional, reliable, and trusted with confidential information
