Job Summary
Pilates Manager leads the Pilates department as the business owner within the club, driving operational excellence and an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include achieving monthly/annual financial goals, ensuring quality of Pilates services, attending management meetings, collaborating with Membership Advisors, organizing events, implementing SOPs, and managing staff accountability. Lead team culture through interdepartmental collaboration, conducting team meetings, performance management of instructors, and guiding the growth of the Pilates business. Oversee learning and development, train instructors, promote continuing education workshops, and participate in the Equinox Pilates Education Program. Position requires certification on Pilates apparatus and/or comprehensive teacher training (minimum 400 hours) and a proven ability to hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach staff; capable of leading onboarding for new hires and driving sales and client engagement within the studio. Required Qualifications
- Certified on all Pilates apparatus and/or Comprehensive Pilates Teacher training program with a minimum of 400 hours
