Job Summary
Pilates Manager leads the Pilates department as the business leader, driving operational excellence and a superior member experience. Responsibilities include managing monthly/annual department financial goals, ensuring quality of Pilates services, attending management meetings, collaborating with Membership Advisors, organizing events, executing SOPs and client outreach, and leading hiring and onboarding. The role emphasizes building and coaching a high-performing Pilates team, owning the Pilates business, participating in interviews, driving staffing to meet goals, and delivering training and development through the Equinox Pilates Education Program. Required qualifications include certified Pilates apparatus or 400+ hour teacher training, strong leadership, communication, organization, and client-facing skills. Pay is a base salary with potential bonuses/commissions, and the posting notes a United States work authorization is required.
Required Qualifications
- Certified on all Pilates apparatus and/or completed a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher training program with a minimum of 400 hours
