Job Summary
Pilates Instructor at Equinox (Wisconsin Avenue) delivers safe, professional Pilates training programs, conducts initial client assessments, teaches private, duet, and semi-private sessions, collaborates with the Pilates Manager to grow a client book, completes client-management administrative tasks, maintains studio and equipment, delivers excellent customer service, participates in ongoing training, and supports client goals through certified Pilates instruction and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Pilates certification including mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high or combo chair, and barrels
- Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education through a certification program
- Ability to provide a valid copy of Pilates certification(s)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Standing, sitting, walking
- Squatting, bending, reaching
- Pushing, pulling, ability to spot and correct clients during sessions
- Legal right to work in the United States
