Pilates Instructors, Tysons Corner

As an Equinox Pilates Instructor in Tysons Corner, you will develop and deliver safe, professional Pilates training for diverse clients, conduct initial assessments and goal setting, instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions, build your client book with guidance from the Pilates Manager, manage client administration, collaborate with club departments to ensure a holistic member experience, deliver excellent customer service, maintain studio and equipment, participate in ongoing training, and pursue growth into management or educator roles. You will work with Pilates certification requirements including completing 400 hours of Pilates education and holding valid certifications across apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high/combos), under the guidance of a dedicated Pilates manager, in a fast-paced, high-energy Equinox environment with competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for bonuses and growth.
