Job Summary
Develop and deliver high-energy Pilates programming for a variety of clients, including private, duet, and semi-private sessions; build and manage a client book through the club’s member base; collaborate with the Pilates Manager and other departments to ensure a well-rounded member experience; maintain studio and equipment, complete administrative client management tasks, and participate in ongoing training; must possess a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training certification (or equivalent) with at least 400 hours and be able to provide certification copies; compensation ranges from $45–$62 per hour per session (plus non-session work at $17.60/hr), with benefits for full-time employees available; this role is based in Toronto and is in-person.
Required Qualifications
- Pilates certification from a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or equivalent certification on all Pilates apparatus including mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high/ combo chair, and barrels
- Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education
- Ability to provide valid copy of Pilates certification(s)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Standing, sitting, and walking; Squatting, bending, reaching; ability to spot and correct clients during sessions
