Job Summary
Develop and deliver Pilates training programs for clients across private, duet, and semi-private sessions; conduct initial assessments and goal setting to tailor Pilates programs; collaborate with the Pilates Manager to grow your client base and book of business; maintain client management processes and ensure high-quality member experiences; contribute to a high-energy, high-performance club environment; maintain studio cleanliness and equipment; complete Pilates certification requirements (including mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, and related apparatus) with a minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education; provide certification copies when requested; eligible for competitive hourly pay and benefits for full-time staff; must have a legal right to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Pilates certification program with 400 hours of education or more
- Provide a valid copy of Pilates certification(s)
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Standing, sitting, walking; ability to squat, bend, reach; ability to safely spot and correct clients during sessions
