Develop and deliver a Pilates training program for clients, including private, duet, and semi-private sessions; conduct initial assessments and goal setting; collaborate with a Pilates Manager to expand your client book; handle client management duties and administrative requirements; ensure a well-rounded member experience through coordination with club departments; maintain studio cleanliness and equipment; participate in ongoing training and development; maintain 10-40 hours of work with opportunities for growth; requires completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program, minimum 400 hours of Pilates education, and valid Pilates certifications for all apparatus (mat, reformer, Cadillac/trapeze, Wunda chair, high/combo chair, barrels); must have legal right to work in Canada; compensation includes hourly rates in the range of $45-$62 per session (with potential additional non-session hours at $17.60/hr).
