Job Summary
As an Equinox Pilates Instructor in Toronto, you will develop and refine Pilates programming for clients, conduct initial assessments, instruct private/duet/semi-private sessions, grow your client book through collaboration with the Pilates Manager, manage client relationships and administrative duties, and participate in ongoing training. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain studio and equipment cleanliness, and have the opportunity to build your business with flexible hours (10-40 per week) while earning compensation between $45-$62 per hour (annualized to $93,600–$128,960).
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Pilates certification program with mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high or combo chair, and barrels
- A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education must be completed through a Pilates certification program
- Applicants must be able to provide a valid copy of their Pilates certification(s)
- Must have a legal right to work in Canada
- Flexibility to work 10-40 hours per week
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
