As a Pilates Instructor at Equinox, you will develop and deliver safe, professional Pilates training for clients, conducting initial assessments and setting goals. You will instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions, build your book of business with the member base, manage client communications and administrative duties, collaborate with club departments, provide exceptional customer service, and pursue ongoing training to advance your skills. You must have completed a Pilates certification program with at least 400 hours of education and be able to provide a valid certification copy.
