Job Summary
Develop a safe, comprehensive Pilates training program for each client following initial complimentary assessments and goal setting. Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions while maintaining studio and equipment cleanliness. Work with the Pilates Manager to build your book of business through the member base and complete all administrative client management requirements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure members have a well-rounded experience and provide excellent customer service to all guests. Strive for consistent client activity to help them achieve results and goals while participating in ongoing training and development. Earn $45–$62 per session plus non-session pay and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Test out and completion from a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program
- completion of certification on all Pilates apparatus including mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high or combo chair, and barrels
- A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education
- Applicants must be able to provide a valid copy of their Pilates certification(s)
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
- Standing, sitting, and walking
- Squatting, bending, and reaching
- Pushing, pulling, ability to safely spot and correct clients during session
