Job Summary
Develop and deliver Pilates training programs for clients to achieve goals; conduct initial complimentary assessments and goal setting; instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions; collaborate with the Pilates Manager to grow your client base and ensure program success; complete administrative tasks related to client management; coordinate with other club departments to provide a well-rounded member experience; maintain studio and equipment cleanliness; participate in ongoing training and development; must have completed a Pilates certification program with at least 400 hours and provide a valid certification copy; compensation ranges from $45–$62 per hour per session (with additional non-session work at $15/hr); in-person role based in Boston, MA; part-time arrangement; eligible for benefits and growth opportunities within Equinox.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education must be completed through a Pilates certification program
- Applicants must be able to provide a valid copy of their Pilates certification(s)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Standing, sitting, and walking; Squatting, bending, and reaching; Pushing, pulling, ability to safely spot and correct clients during session
