Job Summary
As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, develop safe, professional Pilates training programs tailored to each client; conduct initial assessments and goal setting; instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions; collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build your client book; manage client administration; work with club departments to ensure a well-rounded member experience; provide exceptional customer service; pursue ongoing training and development; maintain studio and equipment cleanliness; complete Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training and certify on all Pilates apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high/combo chair, and barrels); minimum 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program; demonstrate standing, sitting, walking and other essential movements; receive compensation for internal Pilates education and development, access to discounts, and benefits for full-time employees; pathway to management and educator opportunities; competitive salary, club membership, and product/service perks; must have a legal right to work in the United States.
