Develop and deliver comprehensive Pilates training programs for clients across private, duet, and semi-private sessions under the guidance of a Pilates Manager. Conduct initial assessments and goal setting, build your client base, manage client records, collaborate with club departments, provide outstanding customer service, maintain studio and equipment cleanliness, and participate in ongoing training. Must hold a Pilates certification with at least 400 hours of education and provide certification documentation. Compensation ranges from $45–$62 per hour per session, with additional non-session work pay and employee benefits; opportunities for professional development and progression within Equinox.
