Job Summary
Pilates Instructor role at Equinox in Aventura, FL (part-time) requiring completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program and at least 400 hours of Pilates education, with valid Pilates certifications. Responsibilities include designing and delivering safe Pilates programs for clients, conducting initial assessments, leading private, duet, and semi-private sessions, growing your client base with the help of the Pilates Manager, handling client management duties, collaborating with club departments to enhance member experiences, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining studio and equipment cleanliness, and participating in ongoing training. Required Qualifications
- Completion of Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program
- Completion of Pilates certification(s) with 400 hours of Pilates education
- Valid copy of Pilates certification(s)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Standing, sitting, walking; ability to spot and correct clients during sessions
- Ability to conduct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
- Ability to build book of business and collaborate with club departments
- Commitment to ongoing training and development
- Ability to maintain studio and equipment cleanliness
- Legal right to work in the United States
