As a Pilates Instructor at Equinox, develop and deliver safe, professional Pilates training programs for clients, conduct initial assessments and goal setting, instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions, grow your client base with support from the Pilates Manager, complete all client-management administrative tasks, collaborate with club departments to enhance member experience, provide excellent customer service, maintain high client activity and progress toward goals, participate in ongoing training, keep studio and equipment clean, and meet certification requirements across Pilates apparatus.
