Job Summary
Pilates Instructor role requiring 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat & Reformer) with ability to teach group, private, and semi-private classes using Club Pilates standards. Responsibilities include safe use of equipment (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle), providing modifications/progressions for clients with injuries, developing class plans, staying aligned with education standards, and delivering Intro, group apparatus, private/semi-private sessions. Required Qualifications
- 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include Mat and Reformer)
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
