Job Summary
Pilates Instructors (Full-Time & Part-Time) needed for Two Area Studios. Responsibilities include teaching group classes and private/semi-private sessions using Mat and Reformer, with additional instruction on Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, and other equipment, ensuring safety and progressions for clients, aligning with Club Pilates education standards, and developing class plans. Qualified candidates have 450+ hours of Pilates education (Mat & Reformer), strong customer service, and effective communication skills. Areas covered include multiple CA locations such as Long Beach, Aliso Viejo, Anaheim Hills, Dana Point, East Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Niguel, Lakewood, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Seal Beach, South Huntington Beach, Yorba Linda, plus others within the ownership group.
Required Qualifications
- 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include Mat and Reformer)
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
