Job Summary
Pilates Instructor needed to teach group, private, and semi-private sessions at Club Pilates studios; must have 450+ hour Pilates education (Mat & Reformer), ability to instruct group Reformer, Mat, and other apparatus; capable of modifying for injuries; maintain safety and alignment; develop class plans; stay aligned with Club Pilates standards; opportunities for education, schedule flexibility, and travel opportunities. Instructors will work with Balanced Body equipment, including TRX, Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, and Magic Circle, and will contribute to a nurturing and vibrant studio environment. Responsibilities include providing safe, creative group experiences, keeping up-to-date with education standards, and delivering Intro classes and various group apparatus sessions; ongoing professional development and coaching is encouraged. Required Qualifications
- 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include Mat and Reformer)
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
