Job Summary
Pilates Instructor needed for Club Pilates locations in Paso Robles. Responsibilities include delivering safe, challenging Pilates classes using Mat and Reformer equipment, with capabilities to teach group, private, and semi-private sessions. Must demonstrate anatomical knowledge, provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries, stay current with Club Pilates education standards, develop and implement class plans, and support training with equipment such as Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, and other apparatus. Required Qualifications
- 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include Mat and Reformer)
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
