Job Summary
Pilates Instructor needed for Club Pilates studios in Yorba Linda area and surrounding California locations. RESPONSIBILITIES include teaching safe, challenging Pilates classes using Mat and Reformer (and ideally Chair, Springboard, Cadillac), providing modifications and progressions for clients with injuries, developing class plans aligned with Club Pilates standards, delivering Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions, and supporting a nurturing, growth-focused environment. QUALIFICATIONS require 450+ hours of Pilates education (Mat and Reformer), ability to teach diverse levels, strong customer service, effective communication, and commitment to ongoing education. CORE DUTIES also include staying current with education standards, program alignment, and opportunities for subbing or private training. Required Qualifications
- 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat and Reformer)
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
