Job Summary
Provide Pilates instruction for group, private, and semi-private sessions in Club Pilates studios; must have Mat & Reformer training and experience teaching clients of all levels; responsibilities include using a variety of Pilates equipment safely, offering modifications and progressions, developing class plans aligned with Club Pilates standards, and delivering Intro, group apparatus, private, and semi-private classes with opportunities for subbing; opportunities for flexible hours, continuing education, and career development; travel opportunities and benefits like 401(k) matching, PTO, holiday pay, and health options are provided.
Required Qualifications
- 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include Mat and Reformer)
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
