Job Summary
Create well-balanced mat-based Pilates classes that honor foundational principles while incorporating contemporary techniques and creative programming for members of varying fitness levels. Prioritize proper alignment, movement quality, and safety during dynamic sessions, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. Arrive on time and prepared for each session, delivering workouts that help members build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence. Requires current mat-based Pilates certification, group exercise liability insurance, CPR/AED certification, and strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics. Salary range $30.00 - $45.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification in mat-based Pilates
- Group Exercise Liability Insurance
- Previous experience teaching with strong cueing and sequencing skills
- Confident knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles
- Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
- CPR/AED certification
