Job Summary
Pilates Instructor responsible for leading private and group Pilates sessions, developing safe, professional client programs, conducting fitness consultations, promoting Pilates training programs and classes, providing excellent member service, and maintaining studio operations and certifications. Requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of personal training experience, Pilates trainer certification with reformer/tower/chair/barrels proficiency, and CPR/AED certification. Strong focus on client goal achievement, safety, education on health trends, and ongoing continuing education within Life Time’s inclusive brand. A valid studio presence and ability to educate, motivate, and connect with members to support happier, healthier lives is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of personal training experience
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels
- CPR and AED Certification
