Job Summary
Pilates Instructor role responsible for delivering private and group Pilates classes, developing safe and comprehensive client programs, conducting pre-participation screenings and goal setting, promoting Pilates training programs and related classes, and maintaining an engaging, educational, and high-quality studio experience consistent with Life Time standards. Requires designing client programs to drive goal achievement and retention, instructing clients on equipment use (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel), performing fitness consultations, sustaining certification updates, and contributing to a clean, welcoming studio environment while educating members on health and fitness trends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Pilates program design
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of personal training experience
- 6 months of experience in adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- CPR and AED Certification
