Job Summary
Pilates Instructor role focused on delivering personalized 1:1 and small-group sessions (3-6 participants) using the full Pilates apparatus, building a strong client base, and maintaining accurate client programming and studio organization while staying current on certifications and industry trends. Responsibilities include tailoring each session to client needs, integrating apparatus into programming, cultivating exceptional service and results-driven instruction, and creating an empowering, motivating environment aligned with Life Time branding. Requires high school diploma or GED, comprehensive Pilates certifications across Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels, 1 year of Pilates experience, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to work a full-time schedule with an hourly pay rate (base $15/hour with commission eligibility). Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels

- 1 year of Pilates training experience
- CPR and AED certified
