Job Summary
Deliver private and group Pilates classes, design comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement and retention, conduct pre-participation screenings and goal setting, promote Pilates training programs and group fitness, maintain studio cleanliness, stay current on certifications and industry trends, and provide superior customer service to members while ensuring safety and engaging education. The role involves educating members on current health and fitness issues, administering all client programming documentation, and supporting the Life Time brand through professional interactions and ongoing credential maintenance. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of personal training experience, CPR/AED certification, and certification in Pilates (including Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of personal training experience
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels
- CPR and AED Certified
