Job Summary
Pilates Instructor responsibilities include developing safe, comprehensive client programs, instructing private and group Pilates sessions, conducting fitness consultations and goal setting, promoting Pilates training and related classes, maintaining studio cleanliness, staying current on certifications and trends, and delivering exceptional member service while documenting client programming and supporting overall member well-being. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of personal training experience, Pilates program design experience, and relevant certifications (including Pilates trainer certification, Reformers/Tower/Chair/Barrels), with CPR/AED certification; compensation includes commissions and benefits as outlined by Life Time. The position is based in Romeoville, IL, and is a full-time in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of personal training experience
- Experience in Pilates program design
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels
- CPR and AED Certified
- 150 - 400 hours comprehensive Pilates Certificate (preferred)
