Job Summary
Pilates Instructor responsibilities include designing safe, comprehensive client programs for private and group classes, instructing sessions with Reformer/Cadillac/Chair/Barrel equipment, conducting pre-participation screenings and goal setting, promoting Pilates training programs and related group fitness classes, managing client fitness plans, maintaining the studio, and staying current on industry certifications and trends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Pilates program design
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Years of Experience: 1 year of personal training experience
- 6 months of experience in adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment
- Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: Certified Pilates Trainer CPR and AED Certified
