Job Summary
Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention while instructing both private and group Pilates classes. Monitor clients during sessions for safe equipment use, conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screenings, and promote training programs and personal training to members. Maintain studio cleanliness, document all client programming, and educate members on current health and fitness trends. Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivate all members. Requires high school diploma, one year of personal training experience, and certification in Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels. Pay includes commissions between 10% and 60% plus minimum wage. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of personal training experience
- Experience in Pilates program design
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds
- CPR and AED Certified
Desired Qualifications
- 150 - 400 hours comprehensive Pilates Certificate (minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair)
