Job Summary
Provide personalized customization in all session offerings, including Private and Semi-Private classes, by tailoring each session to the unique needs of the clientele. Integrate all Pilates apparatus into programming to ensure comprehensive and effective sessions while building a strong clientele through exceptional service and results-driven instruction. Utilize the Pilates method to create impactful changes in clients' lives, complete administrative requirements for fitness plans, and maintain studio cleanliness. Create an empowering and motivating environment for all clients. Requires High School Diploma, comprehensive certification in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels, CPR/AED certification, and 1 year of Pilates training experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels
- Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire
- 1 year of Pilates training experience
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Experienced in progressing the Pilates method through program design
