Job Summary
Provide personalized customization in all session offerings, including Private and Semi Private classes, tailoring each session to unique client needs. Integrate all Pilates apparatus into programming to ensure comprehensive and effective sessions while building a strong clientele through exceptional service. Utilize the Pilates method to create impactful changes in clients' lives and complete administrative requirements for client fitness plans. Uphold studio cleanliness and remain current on certifications and industry trends. Maintain a motivating environment for all members. This hourly position offers a base rate of $15.00 plus commission, with eligibility for a fully subsidized membership and 401(k) matching. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels
- Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire
- 1 year of Pilates training experience
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
