Job Summary
Provide personalized customization for Private and Semi-Private sessions by tailoring programming to unique client needs and integrating all Pilates apparatus for comprehensive instruction. Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results-driven teaching while completing administrative requirements, including documentation of client fitness plans. Uphold studio cleanliness and organization, and create an empowering environment that ensures a positive, educational, and supportive member experience. Remain current on certifications, credentials, and industry trends to deliver impactful changes in clients' lives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels
- Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire
- 1 year of Pilates training experience
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
