Job Summary
Lead group and private Pilates Reformer sessions, providing modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels while educating clients on proper form and technique. Build positive client relationships by assessing fitness goals, offering constructive feedback, and actively recruiting new members. Maintain studio standards by ensuring equipment is clean and set up correctly, reporting any safety concerns to the Program Coordinator, and assisting with general organization. Arrive at least ten minutes prior to class for setup and stay current with industry trends through continuing education and team training.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a specialization in Pilates
- CPR and AED certification
- Minimum 2-3 years in a Pilates studio or fitness setting
- Strong understanding of human anatomy & biomechanics
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive certification from nationally recognized Pilates organization
- Group Fitness Experience minimum 1 year
