Job Summary
Lead Group Mat Pilates classes and provide private/semi-private sessions in a luxury resort setting. Deliver Pilates programming focused on core strength, flexibility, posture, alignment, and injury prevention; maintain a welcoming studio environment; build relationships with members; stay current with Pilates methodologies; collaborate with fitness leadership to offer integrated wellness programming; track member progress and provide feedback. Requires a comprehensive Mat Pilates certification, 2+ years of teaching experience in luxury club/resort/high-end studio, CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days), and strong knowledge of anatomy and Pilates principles.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive Mat Pilates certification from a recognized program (Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Peak Pilates, or equivalent)
- Proven experience teaching Group Mat Pilates classes as well as Private/Semi-Private sessions
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (luxury club, resort, or high-end studio preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and Pilates principles
- Exceptional teaching presence, energy, and ability to motivate members
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Collaborate with studio leadership and fitness team to deliver integrated wellness programming
