Job Summary
Lead group Pilates classes utilizing mat techniques while assessing client fitness levels to develop personalized training programs. Ensure proper form and technique to prevent injuries, modify exercises based on client abilities or special conditions, and foster a welcoming environment focused on body awareness and core strength. Maintain studio cleanliness and stay current with industry trends through continuing education. This role offers flexible morning, evening, and weekend scheduling with competitive hourly pay starting at $25-$30, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and a free Crunch membership. Certified instructors with CPR certification are required, with opportunities for growth within our rapidly expanding network of over 95 locations.
