Job Summary
Deliver safe, effective group, private, and semi-private Pilates instruction using a variety of studio apparatus (Reformer, ExoChair, TRX, Springboard, Magic Circle) while adhering to Club Pilates standards. Ensure equipment safety by visually inspecting gear, maintain studio tidiness, and arrive early for scheduled classes. Participate in networking and studio promotions to drive new business. Stay current with Club Pilates education standards and uphold honesty and integrity. Requires 500-hour Pilates education, CPR certification, ability to teach 6+ participants in apparatus-based groups, open availability for at least 6 hours weekly, strong communication and sales skills, and proficiency with ClubReady software. Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry and to add modalities like TRX, Barre, and Trigger Point to teaching repertoire. Align with the studio’s branding as part of a well-established, nation-wide Club Pilates franchise.
Required Qualifications
- 500 hour comprehensive Pilates education
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety
- Experience teaching 6 or more participants in an apparatus based group class
- Proven public speaking skills
- Proven Sales Abilities
- Proficient in ClubReady software for basic use
- Professional and effective communication skills
