Job Summary
Deliver powerful class experiences by teaching approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes weekly and strategically managing the class lineup to meet client demand. Lead with a service-first mindset by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring instructors to ensure consistent delivery, while tracking key metrics to inform studio operations. Oversee equipment readiness by managing maintenance needs and troubleshooting issues to keep the studio running smoothly. Fuel a strong studio culture by actively engaging with members before, during, and after class to foster connection. This role requires a seasoned group fitness leader with at least 5 years in the industry, including 2 years in management, and offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- a degree in Exercise Science or related field
- accredited personal training or group fitness certification
- 500-hour Pilates certification
- 5 years in the fitness industry
- 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Confident using Google Workspace
