Job Summary
Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition and ensure experience standards across the entire Pilates portfolio. Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset by providing personalized customization in all session offerings, from private to semi-private, while integrating all apparatus to ensure comprehensive programming. Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results-driven instruction, completing all administrative requirements and documentation for each client's fitness plan. Uphold studio cleanliness and organization while remaining current on certifications and industry trends to create an empowering environment for all clients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels
- Certified in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Pilates repertoire
- Experienced in progressing the Pilates method through program design
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Pilates or fitness industry
- 3 years of Pilates training experience
- 2 years of sales experience
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- CPR and AED certified
Desired Qualifications
- 250-600 hours comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel)
