Job Summary
Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition while ensuring experience standards across the entire Pilates portfolio. Operate the business with an ownership mindset, delivering personalized customization for private and semi-private sessions tailored to unique client needs. Integrate all apparatus into programming to create impactful changes, completing administrative requirements and maintaining studio cleanliness. Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results-driven instruction while mentoring a team of instructors. Remain current on certifications and industry trends to foster an empowering environment. This role supports Life Time's mission of helping people live happier, healthier lives through its comprehensive ecosystem of athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels
- Certified in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Pilates repertoire
- Experienced in progressing the Pilates method through program design
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Pilates or fitness industry
- 3 years of Pilates training experience
- 2 years of sales experience
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- CPR and AED certified
Desired Qualifications
- 250-600 hours comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel)
