Job Summary
Weigh pigments with excellent attention to detail while preparing upcoming blends in queue using the schedule. Maintain and improve pigment room cleanliness and organization, conducting inventory counts as needed. Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures and uphold the Code of Conduct in a non-climate controlled environment. Forklift experience is preferred. This role supports Ravago's production of plastic and rubber materials from engineered resins to recycled post-consumer materials.
Required Qualifications
- Work in a non-climate controlled environment
- 12 Hour Shifts
- Must have excellent attention to detail while weighing pigments
- Must be able to understand schedule and use it to prepare upcoming blends in queue
- Maintain/improve pigment room cleanliness and organization
- Responsible for inventory counts in pigment room when needed
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry 55 lbs
- Repeatedly reach with hands and arms
- Climb straight incline ladders
- Have use of fingers and hands for packaging and writing
- Must have color vision
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
