Job Summary
Develop 13-week global supply plans across plants to optimize capacity, lead times, and cost while overseeing inventory policies and reducing obsolescence risk. Validate and release weekly Master Production Scheduling for the assigned pigment family, managing constrained scenarios and coordinating mitigation with Production and Procurement. Prepare scenario packages for network meetings, drive gap closure by assigning owners and tracking progress, and escalate unresolved trade-offs with business impact assessments. Lead pigment deployment readiness for new product introductions and manage phase-outs with minimal disruption, aligning allocation decisions with Sales to support OTIF service levels.
