Job Summary
Conduct clinical ear piercings using the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard®, performing thorough evaluations for placement and offering personalized styling advice. Maintain a sterile environment by sanitizing instruments, managing the nurse station, and ensuring aseptic procedures align with CDC guidelines. Deliver celebratory customer experiences through confident communication, aftercare education, and resolving concerns to build trust. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to support operations, mentor new nurses, and monitor station inventory. Ensure high-quality performance to drive revenue growth and efficiency metrics while adhering to state and federal safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- Eligibility to obtain or possession of a body art license or registration in accordance with applicable state and local laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including during peak times such as holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing
